The room temperature was very cold The night front desk staff was rude when I asked to adjust The heat in the room.
The concierge (don’t know his name) was getting loud saying he doesn’t have my bag when I asked for it and when he got it he tore the tags off of it and walked away. Super rude. Probably won’t stay here again.

I like the modern style of the hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean. Close to everything I need. Food is good.
Hard boiled eggs are EASY to peal ... you do not find that at every hotel you go to .... sadly.
