波托西住宅酒店 (Résidence Potosi)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Great location but not worth the price! The property does not reflect the styled photos shown online. Several listed amenities were missing, including laundry facilities. Overall, the hotel is in need of proper maintenance and care. The pool area is in poor condition, with broken mosaic tiles, and the pool was closed during our last four days. Water quality was inconsistent, sometimes appearing brown. During our stay, sewage drainage work was carried out without prior notice, and the smell spread throughout the building. There was also mold in the bathroom, and the WiFi did not work. Basic toiletries such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo were not provided. Towels were worn and stained. The double bed was comfortable, but the second bed hard and uncomfortable. The balcony could not be enjoyed due to heavy traffic noise and pollution from the busy street outside. On the positive side, the staff were friendly. There is a grocery store and bus stop nearby, and the beach just outside is lovely with calm water. Snorkeling further out is excellent. However, shaded areas are limited, so it’s best to arrive early. A small number of sun loungers are available for rent (1,500 MUR per day), while many are reserved for nearby resorts. There is usually space directly on the sand, but be prepared for strong sun and heat.

Todo perfecto salvo que el wifi no llegaba a la habitación.

Good value for money and location great about 2 minutes walk from Trou Aux Biches public beach. Very Clean and functional. You need to provide your own dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels and even own toilet paper once the 2 we were supply with were finished. Not really a hassle considering the good value. WiFi very slow.

There was street noise. Property was nicely kept, very clean

Great location, kind of new style but there was a lot of things missing from the kichenette. For example, there was an induction hob and only one pan (nothing else) that is not even compatible with the hob...(not suitable for induction hobs) We had to buy a few things to be able to at least wash the plates or cutleries. There were some bugs here and there from time to time. Apart from this it was OK. Average apartment. The pool was nice and clean though.

Lift wasn’t working for 3 days of our stay. The bathroom sink was not cleaned as is was mouldy. Reasonable location as you can walk to the beach.

Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent. Requires maintenance on some of the equipment

Friendly staff, good service and clean rooms. The hotel location is great - close to the beach (where water excursions can easily be booked), close to food eateries and close to a big supermarket. We really enjoyed our time in Mauritius and are grateful for the people at Residence Potosi 😊

Very convenient location and staff were very friendly.

Likes: cleaniness, bedding, near beach. Fair rates. Dislikes: no shampoo, shower gel provided, faulty bathroom door lock and shower heads, no breaKfast or snacks provided.
