So easy to check in, great location and property!

location was great. Very close to town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and areas of interest. There is no lift in the property, which meant climbing several flights of stairs to get to our room. Good window soundproofing - able to shut out the noise of the busy street.

The room was perfect for us, thanks for the fan and hair dryer. First time I've been able to wash and dry our clothes. The staff at the hotel was very helpful with any questions we had. The location can't be beat, we walked everywhere and had the best meals everyday. The Doric food is amazing and the Pub below was fun. Everyone was so friendly, I can't wait to come again to your beautiful city. 💞

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the Royal Mile and transportation.

Wonderful staff - easy check in and accurate description. That being said, the 5th floor is a hike! Fortunately the view is a great reward for making it to the top!

Close to what we needed to get to. Having a safe was handy. Luggage storage worked well! Could not find any useful clothing storage. Space was tight had to move couch to open dishwasher. Had to move rubbish bins to sit at table. Table was unstable (uneven footing)

This is an absolutely lovely apartment in the heart of Edinburgh. Close to everything of Interest and right beside Waverly station. Very comfortable room, quick wifi, and perfect little kitchen to make quick meals. Will re visit

The apartment was clean and in excellent condition. The host responded immediately to all communication. It would be hard to find a better location. The bathroom was modern and spacious.

Great location and very spacious; nice comfortable shower for European hotels. There is no elevator which makes it hard to carry suitcases up but there is free laundry machines with washer and dryer. Floor squeaks and mini kitchen appliances hard to use but do have microwave. Bed is kind of hard but overall great stay.
