The woman who checked us in was very friendly. The two bedroom family unit worked well for a family of four with young children. The adjacent studio unit was comfortable for two adults. The inn provided towels to use at the thermal pools, which were a short walk away. Air source heat pumps kept the room nice and warm for the fall.

Owners were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to extend the stay in the room. 10 minute walk to the main part of Hanmer Springs, thank you for hosting us?
