Staff were very helpful, location was great. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The only issue was the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

We are on week 9 of traveling Europe. This hotel was our least favorite so far. It is old, but clean. The room we were in had plain walls, nothing hanging, no small refrigerator. It is loud because the walls are thin. The staff was excellent, the saving grace.

Hotel Albus .Good location, good breakfast nice stuff, Anna and another girl with a curly hair, forgot her name, was sooo helpful. If anyone needs parking, it’s 5 min from hotel, not bad. Would stay again and highly recommend this hotel

The room was OK, nothing more. There was no writing desk, no real chair, a tiny bathroom sink, a slippery-floored shower, and no drawers into which to put clothes. One large empty closet space was all there was for storage. Windows were high and small and provided little light. The hotel location is excellent, and this is the true reason for a good review.

We enjoyed our stay here, the lobby is lovely and the area is great. Very close to a flower market and lots of restaurants. Staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. Hotel was super clean and always smelled great. The only negative (not the hotel’s fault), is that the tram no longer stops in front of the hotel and the road is closed to cars on weekends.

I injured myself by breaking my shoulder in 2 places before arriving at the hotel. Everyone, at all levels & positions of the staff, went out their way to make sure that my trip was as wonderful as possible. I am eternally grateful.

Room was very quiet, clean, and a great size. Staff were always very friendly, helping with the door and directions and a cab when needed.
