Sangat berpuas hati...bilik studio besar,toilet besar, staff sangat mesra...rekomen kepada yg ada anak² untuk bercuti di Penang...terima kasih citivilla Penang ..

The staff was very kind and could speak English so well. Even if you can not speak Malay, no worries.

Sofa and coffee table in the room are very down. Better off for guests if these are removed as it will free up more space. Room cleanliness, particularly the bed, is suspect.

The duvet had medium sized red spots either blood or lipstick on it and the sheet had large brown spots that was either feces or coffee. Half of the wall connecting the toilet to her bedroom was soaking wet and moldy. The outlet did not work.

Room not clean

The place may be small but it's so clean and the staff were attentive to my needs. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Nothing, this hotel is perfect for me.

The bed is very comfortable and staff are very helpful and kind. Toilet and bathroom are clean. Towels were change daily.

All was good and satisfied expectation.
