Staff are smiling all the time. Amazing swimming pool on roof deck / bar. However, the pool should have a roped off section for lap swimming for adults and a kids area for fooling around. Too many kids who have zero etiquette loud parents made swimming in a sophisticated environment feel like bargain basement garage sale kinda place. Or adults only from 18:00 to close.

Hotel staff and facilities were excellent. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal—wonderful, personalized service from Encik Fauzi and the rest of the team and a wide selection of food options, including many local favorites!

Overall experience is good, recommend.

The space was so lovely between the room, the lobby, and the facilities. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious, but special shoutout to the staff. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough, the other staff (especially those at the bar) were so incredibly professional and attentive.

It' walkable to Jiaya street, and opposite to a mall, where we can dine and do shopping, my daughter loves the swimming pool.

Love all except the service that we need connecting room but they don’t fulfill it😂

Good

A well run hotel right in the centre of town. Very tasty a la carte food prepared well and a pleasant Skybar where one can also dine. We used as a transit base for one night. The immediate destination wouldn’t justify a longer stay. There are beach resorts further up the coast.

Wonderful hotel. Pool area is a bit small but views to die for
