Dusty floor, family plugged the kettle made the power cut off while I was in the shower, toilet sink was blocked, coffee was terrible, it’s tucked away from transport, next midday i asked reception to book me a taxi to the airport which is very close to the hotel, she quoted me 50 TND and insisted that was the price, I managed to get one from couple of streets behind he switched the meter on, the bill was 6 TND on the meter, I gave him 25. Breakfast very limited and tasteless, no buffet. Not much around the hotel not worth the price. This is my second time stying here and definitely will be the last.

Nous avions l'habitude de choisir cet hôtel comme point de chute incontournable à chaque arrivée et départ de la Tunisie, mais notre dernier séjour sera malheureusement le dernier. Tout avait pourtant bien commencé : à notre arrivée, l’accueil était aimable et la personne nous a gentiment proposé de régler la taxe touristique (annoncée à 6 DT) plus tard, voyant notre fatigue. Le jour du départ, mauvaise surprise. Un autre agent d'accueil nous réclame soudainement 32 DT. Le prétexte ? Nous serions des "étrangers" sous prétexte que nous avons présenté un passeport canadien, faisant totalement abstraction du fait que nous sommes tunisiens. Ce manque de cohérence et cette tarification à la tête du client sont inacceptables. Par ailleurs, le service en chambre laisse grandement à désirer. Pour une famille de 5 personnes, il a fallu réclamer à maintes reprises pour obtenir des serviettes propres, que l'on nous apportait au compte-gouttes. Même constat pour le café. C'est vraiment dommage de perdre des clients fidèles pour une telle gestion de l'accueil et des services de base. Nous ne reviendrons plus.

Breakfast was wonderful

Suites are spacious/clean. Location is amazing and the breakfast is top notch. Highly recommend it.

Helpful staff; clean, comfortable bed!

If you are ever in Tunis and want a modern hotel in a diplomatic zone with great breakfast/amenities, then book this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom is clean. AC works great, especially in North African heat. Breakfast is amazing, especially the crepe and omelette.omelet tea. Very close to the lake.

Single room, decor and cleanliness excellent. Left early for flight so didn’t experience breakfast. Only issue was the renovation of reception being completed late at night (until at least 11pm) and I needed to be up at 4am. Paid for hotel shuttle - excellent service.
