Overall an amazing beachfront hotel, has everything you would want or expect. Only downside was the road to get into and out of the hotel was not ideal especially for larger vehicles.

Direkt am Meer – aber leider ohne Qualität Die Lage dieses Hotels ist wunderschön direkt am Meer, mit den Füßen im Sand und umgeben von lokalen Fischerbooten. Auf den ersten Blick also ein Ort, der viel verspricht. Umso überraschender war es, dass es trotz der Lage am Meer keinen frischen Fisch gab. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass ausschließlich tiefgefrorener Fisch serviert wird – obwohl auf der Karte „Fish Catch of the Day“ steht. Auch die Qualität des Essens insgesamt war während unseres Aufenthalts eher enttäuschend. Ein weiteres Problem war die Bettwäsche. Die Kissen rochen stark nach altem Schweiß und wurden zweimal ausgetauscht, hatten jedoch jedes Mal weiterhin einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Das ist besonders irritierend, da das Hotel selbst mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche aus ägyptischer Baumwolle wirbt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Hotel außerdem nahezu leer. Meistens waren wir die einzigen Gäste, manchmal vielleicht insgesamt fünf Personen. Was man ebenfalls wissen sollte: In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Moschee mit Lautsprechern. Besonders während des Ramadan beginnt der Gebetsruf sehr früh am Morgen und ist im Zimmer deutlich zu hören. Wer empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert, sollte dies berücksichtigen. Außerdem liegt das Hotel sehr abgelegen. Um nach Senggigi zu gelangen, benötigt man etwa 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es praktisch keine Restaurants, Geschäfte oder andere Möglichkeiten außerhalb des Hotels.

I booked this hotel to have some days to just relax and do almost nothing, and this was really the perfect place for that. The service of all the staff were amazing. The room were very comfortable and fresh. The gym was great and the facilities by the pool and beach are really nice. The spa was calm and relaxing, just as it should be. The food was amazing. Every meal looked like a piece of art and was so fresh. I can highly recommend this place to anyone that want some days to relax!

We had a lovely stay at this quiet and peaceful place. Our room was cleaned twice, and the staff even left cute notes on the bed made from bamboo sticks — such a sweet touch! The restaurant served great dinners, and the Lombok curry was the best dish we had in all of Indonesia. The dessert was below average, but everything else was wonderful. The open shower design can attract a few insects, but room service responded quickly and solved the issue. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The beach was clean and beautiful, and breakfast was made fresh to our taste — we especially loved the spicy options! The complimentary 15-minute massage was a lovely surprise, and the massage therapist was excellent — truly one of the best we’ve had and worth every penny!

Very nice hotel & great people!

More than Excellent small boutiqe hotel in the Senggigi areas. Right by beach, mesmerizing sunset views from the whole hotel place, include your own private terrace. Large, sea view rooms, comfy bed, nice pool area. But 2 things much more than excellent: the staff is superb and really attentive, and the breakfast is delicius and home made. Definitely recommended, and will come back soon. Don't miss the Lombok wildlife park, it is 20 minutes by car from the hotel!

amazing hotel with the best sunset view. unlike other hotels in Senggigi or at the same line that the beach so crowded with public visitor or lots of coral, at this hotel I feel like I own the beach privately and also safe free worrie to swim

Seven Secrets really know how to look after guests and make sure they have a wonderful time. The facilities such as the spa and the room are top quality, luxurious and relaxing without being over the top, but its the staff who make it such a 5* experience. Helpful, friendly, attentive but not overpowering, they really made sure we had a great stay. I hope to be back before too long.
