The hotel is in a great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated, needs renovations, but is still a great place to stay. In the heart of the city not far from port and airport.

We had a very comfortable week long stay at the Coco Grande Hotel. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always there to help. The breakfast was A+ a good way to start each day. I highly recommend and will return next time in Dumaguete!

If your visiting Dumaguete, I fully recommend you stay here. The staff is very friendly, always making sure your room is good everyday. The restaurant in the hotel has amazing selection of food and very delicious. You can also order it to your room if you prefer. The room was very clean, The Aircon kept the room cool when its hot. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, this hotel does an amazing job making sure your stay is a pleasant one. If I visit Dumaguete again, I will defiantly be staying here again.

Easy to find, close to port. The staff was excellent, we left a couple of items while checking out and they kept it for us for a few days until we could retrieve them. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

The room was clean the staff were so nice and very helpful. The breakfast and service was good. Hotel location close to everything.

Need to train front desk that when a guest ask for the printout of the final bill , they should inform the guest of any bills due at that point . The reason is that they will come out in a few minutes with a full of baggages. Your front desk ran after me when I came out with baggages in the parking lot to ask for remaining chatges … So inefficient.

Rooms were big and clean. Just need more frequent change of linens. Otherwise great!

Staff was great. Room was very nice. Lots of shopping near.
