满意 Stayed here for one night. Room was spacious, new, and fairly clean. However, when we booked this property on Expedia it was unclear that this hotel does not have any reception or staff on site. It was not clearly listed in the description. Also some of the images used made it appear that there were amenities at the hotel which were not present. Online check in is not ideal when traveling and not often checking emails or messages. I went back and checked the description and a “virtual reception” is noted but it was not made clear. All public areas smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The bedding was quite uncomfortable and we both found it to be very itchy even though we have no allergies.

Great location, v near main station. Maybe not the best place for older people. No elevator. Lots of stairs. In apartment there are 2 steps. Need to be aware of them if you are going to the bathroom at night. Ran out of toilet paper😩
Cooking facilities good. Air conditioning fine. Clean. Bed was only about a foot of the ground. Communication was v good.

很好 The ac was in a small room as you enter but cut off from the large room with the beds for my family and I so it was very warm in this heatwave. Beds were nice. Ac worked well if we had been able to keep the door open to our side. The person sleeping in the entrance slept very well. Great location for walking to the old center area. Id go again but not in sweltering heat

Room was clean. Very bare and other “beds” beside main bed were hard couches they laid bedding on.
Bar adjacent was nice.

Self check-in and checkout. Very spacious room for family of 4 with teenagers. Useful fully stocked kitchenette with microwave and fridge. AC was a lifesaver during the heat wave. Overall great experience

The check-in experience was a challenge. The person that answered their urgent assistance line was difficult to communicate with. The beds were flat on the floor and the bathroom door would not open fully because of would hit the bed frame. Would not stay again.

The apartment was charming, beautifully refurbished. The location was prime, many places to dine, and easily walkable from the train station. Everything worked just fine. Two things downgraded the score from perfect. 1. (on me) we have several pieces of luggage, one extremely heavy, we are seniors, and there is no elevator. I forget that in Europe first floor does not mean ground floor. So factor that in. And 2. During an exchange with a rude cab driver, my checkin/checkout instructions got lost in the nethers of my phone. Staff was quick to respond with help checking in. But despite several requests for them to resend the information, which had many helpful tips as well as possibly checkout instructions, I never got a response. So I hope we checked out appropriately.
