Got a ferry in early and they gave me a room well before check-in. The location is great for access to the port and bus lines and was impressed by the sound-proofing. I was by an elevator and it didn’t bother me like it normally would. The breakfast was good, too.

I only stayed one night, the staff were nice and the lobby and room were really clean. It was good value for the price.

Very clean and spacious. Everything is up to date and a great location by the harbor and close to old town. Would absolutely recommend.

The property is advertised as being 4 starts and soundproofed rooms - the reason I selected it. The rooms are NOT soundproof. You could hear the cars outside, the rooms next door and across and the very loud people who came in at 2am drunk and rowdy. If you want peace and quiet this place is not for you. There are no amenities to talk about other than breakfast. The restaurant does not serve lunch or dinner as advertised and only drinks once breakfast is done. There are no free water or any type of vanity kit or lotion in the rooms. Not really sure how they are 4 star rated. Cleaning is also a hassle. Left leftovers to be thrown out and they left it in the room until the last day and never took it. Glasses that were replaced one was dirty. No gym or pool.

Fabulous hotel!!! It is right on the bus line so it was incredibly easy to get into Old Town and Old/New Ports quickly, cheaply, and efficiently. We bought a 3 day bus pass for €12 and was able to everywhere within 15 minutes. We took taxis prior to getting the pass and spent €20 one way and arrived in the same amount of time. There is a bus that comes every 5 minutes. Don't let the location of this hotel away from Old Town deter you from staying here; the accessibility is quite easy and reasonable via bus. Also, the breakfast buffet is amazing - they offer anything you could ever want. The rooms are wonderful; they seem new, in perfect condition. The bed is quite comfortable, and the bathroom is gorgeous. A fridge and Nespresso machine are included. A great bakery for a quick breakfast is immediately to the right of the hotel, open until 9pm; a full market is a half block to the left of the hotel, open until 10pm. Lastly, the staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. Their recommendations for transportation, activities, and restaurants were perfect, exactly what we were looking for. We travel in the US and internationally frequently and stay in a range of accommodations, from 3 to 5 star hotels, and 4 to 5 diamond resorts. CityHotel Dubrovnik was by far one of the best metropolitan hotels in which we have stayed anywhere, given their outstanding amenities, wonderful service, and accessibility to transportation.

Great hotel

Property was close to the main areas, room was clean and spacious, although the bed set up in the second room was a little tight, and the shower was not the best, no hotel fridge, no face cloths, just little things, we didnt enjoy the breakfast but heard it was good.

Very roomy corner suites as we had three people/room (needed the pullout). Good location a short uber to old town (walkable too but it was very hot). We were in for just one night before flying home. Fridge is hidden in closet FYI. The woman who checked us in could definitely have been more pleasant. Other than that it was perfect.

Really good breakfast with high quality and lots of choice. Comfortable room with good air conditioning (ever more important). Convenient to port and can walk (half an hour) or take the bus to the old city. Would stay again.
