Among 5 star hotels in London, the Dorchester miss surely be at the top. The staff are really remarkable. Professional and efficient of course, but also very warm and genuinely friendly. Everything else about the hotel - the facilities, the food, the location, etc., are simply exceptional.

Great room and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The number and quality of eating and drinking options on the premises really sets Dorchester apart. Glad I spent my last night in town on this trip, and will plan to return for more extended stays in the future.

A lovely welcome to the hotel from the doorman to the lady at reception. We were very looked after throughout the process.

Spotless room, attentive and hospitable staff, and absolutely beautiful decor. So many personal touches were put into every detail of our stay. 10/10 loved it here. And great location and good food.
