Excellent hotel ! Excellent staff.

Great location, very helpful stuff. Spacious rooms, easy access to any food delivery. I can recommend this hotel.

The tvs are terrible if you enjoy watching Netflix....kept getting kicked out of the app it was not enjoyable. Room service sucks they are always out of certain things....simple things. Might I add there is a supermarket next door....why are you guys always out of things. The air conditioning was horrible....it could barely cool the room....this was my last stay at this hotel

The room was very clean and spacious; It was useful having a w/d in the room; the staff were all very helpful, especially Patricia in the dining room, Amos - Manager, and Thomas was our helpful concierge. They were the dream team for me. Breakfast was great everyday and they offered dinner as well, including room service. Having free transportation to and from local areas was an unexpected bonus. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend it for your next trip to Jo’Burg.

The hotel was everything and more. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back. The staff were lovely and made sure our stay was memorable. We never got to eat on the property due to our travel schedule but from observing the menu the Vegan options were limited. There is a lovely vegan restaurant in the mall right beside the hotel. The location is great as it is minutes from Sandton city the hotel has a shuttle service that can take you there. Only challenge when we used it was that it wasn’t reliable for return trips so we used an uber to get back but that was very cheap less than $4. Right beside the hotel there is a shopping mall with restaurants and grocery. We had a suite so we got a few things to have in our kitchen during our stay from the mall. I should also mention the cleanliness. The hotel was SPOTLESS. They did such an excellent job. Probably only thing that I would mention is that it was listed on Expedia as a VIP property but the hotel did not give us any VIP perks. For example we still had to pay for late check out by the hour. We did not receive any upgrades or free offers.

The reception services were great! We had a few gifts sent to us via the reception and it was easy to receive them
