Overall , the hotel was really good. (8/10) Areas of improvement: Shower had very little pressure Roof top pool was in shade all day (freezing cold) Mini bar only has water and coke

Great hotel and staff. Location was also nice with great views from the roof top bar. If you need and iron though make sure you do not request when you are in a rush; it took 2 hours from the time we requested and we missed the hotel breakfast. Other than that it was a great hotel and nice stay

El servicio fue excelente, las habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras con vista al mar de copacabana, el personal del hotel muy amable y siempre tratando con muy buena actitud al cliente siempre brindándote lo mejor de ellos , el desayuno muy bueno y variado la verdad no tengo ninguna queja un servicio 10 / 10

The hotel needs to improve the room cleaning process, especially in the bathroom. Also, they need to increase the size of the internet link; the internet is very slow at the end of the day when most of the guests staying at the hotel return from their day out in Rio. In my opinion, breakfast should be served until 11 AM every day. The hotel is located in a very busy area in Rio de Janeiro, where people go to bed late and want to have breakfast a little later than 6 to 10 AM, when breakfast is served.

Everyone was great the staff was amazing and it smelled great once I walked in the lobby I loved everything It was actually better then I expected!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The window offered a beautiful beach view, making it the perfect spot to relax. The location is excellent—right on the beachfront and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.
