一般 We checked in for the final part of our wedding anniversary holiday, looking forward to a luxury, relaxing hotel base. The front of house welcome, drink and check was excellent and our expectations were high. However, our room was noisy - overlooked a children’s play park and had a damaged window seal which, despite advising reception about, wasn’t fixed.
