超赞 The staff was incredibly patient, helpful and great sense of humor~ kudos to the staff! 5 women stayed in the suite, there was ample room, fresh linens for the pull out bed and well equipped kitchen. The location was within a 5 minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants.
I would definitely stay there again.

很好 Great breakfast and all day coffee bar. Rooms were clean but the sink and closet were too close together. They need to offer more house cleaning to empty trash and change out towels.
But if you call they will bring them.

一般 Staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. It took more than an hour to get towels, I called the reception 3 times and at the last time I called I was told that they were washing the towels, but I talked to an employee in the elevator and she immediately took towels to my room, which means the people at the front desk didn’t tell me the true. The same happened with bed sheets for the sofa bed, the sheets for the sofa bed that were in the room were dirty, so I had to call and they took almost until midnight and 3-4 calls fir them to send someone with the bed clothes. I didn’t see the same treatment with other people, but they were extremely rude with us.

The space was generally good. Lots of room although the kitchen was a bit more minimal in terms of dishes and cutlery than I thought it might be. The full size fridge/ freezer was great. The only other complaint is that the bathroom sink was right next to one of the beds and there was no way to turn the light on without having it shine in the face of someone sleeping in the bed.
The free breakfast was nothing special but had the basics. Overall a great space for a trip of a few days.
