很好 This hotel is clean with medium sized rooms and big spotless bathroom with Crabtree & Evelyn amenities. The staff were uniformly courteous and friendly.
The breakfast buffet was varied.
However, the dinner buffet was poor with only4 bland choices. All the food lacked spices and salt.
The wifi was acceptable and their swimming pool was great

很好家人同行 · 商务和休闲出行
I believe the team would benefit from being more attentive and proactive when engaging with guests. Going the extra mile truly makes a difference, and at times it felt that some staff were not fully aware of who was staying in-house even after two weeks.
On a positive note, the Security team was outstanding. Their professionalism and consistency really stood out.
Thank you for everything!
