The room is needing to be refurbished. There’s burn marks on the desk, marks on the wall. Shabby

It was a very nice place to stay, especially the bar/restaurant, canal, and nightly music!

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very good, always checking to see if everything was OK. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choices. Would definitely recommend as it is in a great location.

Room was modern with a good bed. Gifted some snacks and small bottle of wine. Staff were friendly and professional . Included breakfast had good variety. No door on the bathroom but toilet was in a separate room. No rubbish bin in toilet or bathroom, needs to be added. Nice location, close to V&A

Excellent location and great staff

Great staff in cafe Attention to detail needed- fridge off , lack of flexibility on leaving, no left storage arrangement

No one at property to welcome the guest. Even when arrangements had been made, the contact person was late. Very poor service

Nice hotel Cool options to take boat into town from hotel’s dock

Location is terrible and all Ubers could barely find it - it is promoted as close to waterfront and it’s not- can not walk to anything - You have to go back outside of lobby to get an elevator for your room - if it’s raining you’re wet - stains on chairs, crunchy rugs etc- the place is beat -It’s cheap but I felt I had to write my first bad review

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem I had, I was given a room where the A/C did not work and they had a small fan in the room. The fan was not big enough nor strong enough to cool the entire room.
