The hotel is advertised as handicap accessible.
My husband uses a wheelchair and couldn’t get in the hotel on the stairs.
We had to find another place and the two nights we booked were nonrefundable.
False advertising.
Total disappointment!

Nice big room, very clean with conveniences such as kettle, fridge, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Lovely big balcony with a view over the pool and Mountain View.

We travelled from USA spent a night here cause it got dark and we found this place on our way to Cluj but we enjoyed it to the fullest. Plus the breakfast was absolutely outstanding with choice for coffee (capucino or expresso) literally impressed with the choices for breakfast. Highly recommended 👏👏👏

Had Junior Suite and room was dated. Staff was not trained on location of any restaurants. Not conveniently located to restaurants. Bar was tended to by receptionist and no champagne available during New Years Eve stay.

Breakfast good, staff very friendly and welcoming, beds comfortable, WiFi good. Jet bath broken. No tea / coffee facility and no water in pool ( out of season ) advertised as having a restaurant but also closed. Quite far from town not walkable.

They took us in late and they were so polite and welcoming. Nice clean room. Awesome breakfast and beautiful pool. Wish we could have stayed there longer!!!!
