Great location, loved the balcony space, clean & modern room, friendly staff. The air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room. Tea and coffee was in the corridor along with the ironing board. The noise at night from the street (there’s a busy pub opposite the hotel) was really loud into the early hours.

The Ruby Lucy hotel is decent for the price but I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The rooms are VERY small. There isn't a proper enclosed washroom; the sink is outside the toilet in the room itself. The location is fantastic - just 10 minute walk from The London Eye and all the major tourist attractions. There are also great food options nearby. The location is really what you are paying for The staff are really friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend if you are a tourist and are looking essentially for a place to sleep, but I really would classify this as more of a 3 star hotel.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very energetic and smiley Emily, she was very friendly and made checking in a streamlined process. We had a Wow room on the 3rd floor which was very nice, only downside for us was a few ants in the room which we assume had come in from the balcony.. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge when we got back in the evening from our evening out, and made use of the maxi bar for hot drinks.. We paid extra to include breakfast, what we had was nice, but for us we're not sure it was great value for money. All in all a nice stay. Thank you.

Lovely clean hotel the only thing that let it down was the bed, it was very comfy but because of it’s location it meant I had to be climbed over for my partner to use the toilet in the middle of the night

Great room, very clean, helpful staff.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, the staff is great, especially Aki. My only comment is that the shower floor is treacherously slippery!

Located in a wonderful part of London - so close to the Tube and also walkable to great restaurants, Westminster, Parliament, and more. I also loved that I could borrow a guitar and take it to my room and play. Super fun vibe at the Ruby Lucy!

The rooms were a bit too spartan, no drawers and not enough hooks. But the main weakness was the bathroom, which has no counter space. Moreover, water from the shower easily spills over to the toilet floor. That said, the staff were OUTSTANDING, and I can’t commend them enough. They made our stay a pleasant one.

Great little location. Wonderful staff.
