The hotel contacted me via email on the day of check-in to inform me that my original room was unavailable due to a broken air conditioner. They offered a complimentary upgrade to another room, which I accepted. However, had I known that the room I was assigned was actually a downgrade from the one I originally booked, I would not have accepted their offer. Unfortunately, I only realized the room was a downgrade the day after check-in, making it too late to request a refund. Anyhow, the room was spacious and in good condition overall.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Very quiet and easily walkable from Hakata station. Check in was easy and convenient. Will stay here again.

The room is very cool. There is a balcony, washer, automatic toilet and bathtub. It is perfect for a longer stay.

Nothing is unique about the property. What i don't like is the very late check-in time of 5:00pm, it should be 2:00pm check-in and 11:00 or 12:00 check-out...

Rooms are suitable for families. The rooms are well maintained. Property is around 8mins walk to Hakata station. Pros: With kichen appliances and utensils for cooking, as well as washing machine. 7-11 conveniently across. Quiet area. Cons: Check-in place is different but somewhat compensates since no check out is needed since there are no keys needed to be returned. No cleaning of room for the duration of stay. No Cleaning option even if we were willing to pay additional cleaning fee
