only one lift and the lift broke down

Hotel was fine. Location not great. Not much in public transport. You need Bolt/grab/lineman some kind of car service.

This was a friendly and economical motel to stay at within walking distance of the nearby Convention Center. The rooms are quite spacious and could be shared. It's also easy to get to and from Chiang Mai using (Grab) ride hailing, about 15-30 minutes from downtown or the airport depending on traffic.

The views of the mountains are stunning I spent a whole 2 days just staring out the window. There was a small mix up with the booking website and the staff went above and beyond to help me and handle the situation. I would definitely come back here if I’m in town! Thank you

Great stay they just need a better laundry service. Overall though I really enjoyed the place 👍

Our suite was clean and spacious, and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. A great hotel for the price.

Good service and friendly staffs

Hotel location is a bit far from Old City, a bit outskirt; but the hotel provides shuttle services to the nearest mall every 2 hours, where one can take Grab to the old city. Recommend to get a sim card at 7-11 to move around in Chiangmai rather than travelling by tuk tuk. One good point is the hotel does send the guests to the Sunday walking street and saturday night market. I would like to thanks the expedia personnel (cant remember her name, sorry) who helped me to arrange shuttle service to pick me up at the airport upon arrival at Chiangmai.

value for money especially if you are attending conference. This hotel has limited resources. So, don't expect so much.
