里斯本 VIP 水疗大酒店 (VIP Grand Lisboa Hotel & Spa)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The sauna was not on for all four days stay. No staff in spa to give any towels for bath. Ac in room does not cool enough.

The decor is extremely dark There were no bedside tables or a way to charge devices in the bedroom area There was a huge closet in the living area but no hangers

Very helpful staff and good rooms

The room was hot and for some reason so was the bathing water. It’s aesthetically pleasing looking hotel and the staff was helpful and quick at checking us in at 12:00 am.

Bel hôtel, bien situé . La piscine est vraiment un plus lorsqu’il fait chaud. Lis confortable . Une très belle expérience

Was not happy with the stay at all! Hotel is very deceiving compared to its pictures

I like the hotel , until the second night, I woke in the middle of the night, with bites everywhere on my body, something was in my bed, until this day 16/06/26 I have marks as I had a allergic reaction to the bites. The staff changed us to a new bedroom, but I was too skeptic about it.. then the rest of my trip was full of tablets and creams to help with the redness and swelling. But over all , was fine. Breakfast it’s was very nice. Thank you

Room was clean and tidy, staff was helpful and breakfast was good

Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel, very clean elegant spacious lobby with restaurant serving wonderful food. Helpful friendly staff answering any questions. Also ATM 🏧 in the lobby. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice, cereals, meat, fruits, pastries etc and of course coffee ☕️ vending machines. Room very clean ( daily room cleaned) with comfortable beds, provided with AC. Clean bathroom with shower facility. Also excellent location, metro 🚇 and train station 🚉 about 10 minutes from the hotel. Overall I had wonderful stay. Minor issue no ironing, unless a deposit of? €40! I feel it should be provided free!!
