Very helpful staff and good breakfast

We stayed one night. Staff were great, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The only feedback was that the air conditioning in our room was less than spectacular. Granted, there was a bit of a heatwave in London, but when we turned the temperature down, only a slight puff of cool air flowed out of the vent. This was not enough to cool the room. We were provided with some fans, so that was nice! Be aware, the floors are loud and creaky. From 4am to 5am it sounded like our upstairs neighbour was pacing laps around their room, which woke my wife up. Overall, nice hotel.

Stayed for one night after a show. Did the job very well. I'd stay again and would consider staying if my trip was a few days. Breakfast decent but not spectacular.

The room was clean, and the issues we had with the bathrooms were dealt with by the amazing staff. Our stay was made great by the excellent and delicious breakfast, and their very welcoming and hospitable staff The air conditioning kept us cool during the heatwave most of the time, but it did feel on and off, as we did sweat during one of the two nights, Unfortunately, during our stay, the cold water was not available; however, the staff once again were prompt, and they tried their best to fix it to no avail, but A+ to the staff. My guests and I had a lovely stay thanks to them.

Small room but had everything we needed. Really clean with coffee and tea making facilities. Bathroom also really clean with lovely white towels. The bedding was crisp and clean so lovely after a long day and the bed was so comfy. Air con was much appreciated during the hot night and the breakfast was more than ample. Maybe in the breakfast room the benches need re-upholstering. Third time I have stayed here and always my go to hotel as the comments above

Tiny room but super comfortable bed.

Great location from StPancras/KC station. Staff was friendly. Room was large. We stayed at adjacent annnex building to lobby. We felt secure in room & day but property is across from tennis/ park and when we returned from a concert at @11pm, there were some groups of young guys hanging around , messing with scooters, and just feeling sketchy. I kinda anticipated this due to the park so we approached hotel door from busier street vs taking the arched road that was darker , less crowded. No one talked to us and it was okay. Staff in lobby is very helpful, offered great bag storage, info, and walk to room. Room was large for 4 people, bathroom is small. AC nice after warm day. Breakfast is comp and decent English choices plus great coffee , staff super efficient, and tidy.

The staff were very inviting and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful guiding us in the right direction. The rooms were very clean, with daily room cleaning and new towels. The hotel is in a quiet area and not near busy areas. Rooms are on the smaller size so a great place to stay if you travel light or don’t spend much time in the room. There is no lift, so plan to carry your luggage up narrow stairs. It’s a charming boutique hotel that is characteristic of what I expected in London. The breakfast provided daily was very good. Overall, nice place for the money.

Walking distance from Kings Cross RR station, air conditioned (temp in the 90’s), and respectable breakfast. Staff helpful in suggesting excellent Greek restaurant. A triple room was a bit smaller for 3 people than I would have liked, but certainly adequate and clean.

Location is great convenient! Room is small but clean. Staff are helpful. Luggage was stored for free at the hotel before we checked in. Breakfast is English Breakfast and nice.
