Four Points Flex By Sheraton-神户三宫酒店 (Four Points Flex by Sheraton Kobe Sannomiya)

It is a great location close every place I need to go.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows! However, it is tiny - basically a thin strip of floor on two sides of the bed ( other two sides are the walls). Could only open my carry on on the need. Big suitcase was a struggle to open - we had to move off the bed to get it open and even to put it down closed was very tight. Otherwise, good location for walkability, and extremely comfortable bedding; clean.

The AC was only set to heater or fan, and I couldn't seem to change it to cool, but fortunately it was a cold night so it was fairly comfortable. It was a very nice hotel, and not too far from Sannomiya station, which has loads of restaurants and shops! There was also a nearby convenience store for late night snacks. The property was very clean and quiet, and I had a lovely two nights there. I would definitely go back again if I am in the area!

Clean room good staff and convenient to get around

Clean room, quiet, AC / Heating works, hot shower, WIFI, and good price. I'll be coming back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We liked the location as it was close to Shin Kobe for the Shinkansen and hike to herb garden but also close to local train station to access harbourland and our regular train travel.

Staff was polite and room was clean.

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff were pleasant. Only complaint - the bed. If people want to sleep on the floor, LET THEM. The bed was comparably hard and was not appreciated for a welcomed stay. (Perfect industry strategy to solve your overtourism issues.)

Bathroom is very small.

Small room. But the location is excellent. There’s 2 stations nearby and there’s a lot of restaurants or dining options. Shopping areas are within walking distance. Able to walk to the harbor.
