When we arrived, we waited for the shuttle after our call and was first in line but was however asked to wait and let those who came later to board ahead of us. Unpleasant first impression but overall service at the counter and return shuttle back to the airport were excellent.

straightforward, clear instructions on where to wait for pick up. Although, if you put in a time, they are punctual so i had to wait a little longer as my flight arrived ahead of schedule. drop off was easy. polite customer service. car was in good condition

this is the first time i ever booked a car with klook. when i went to pick the car the service staff from bargain car suggested me to get a comfortable SUV just adding up 10$ for a day and the car i got was brand new Subaru forester. i was the first driver to rent that and the car service was amazing. i drove almost 1300km and just didn’t feel that. it was a great experience. highly recommended klook and bargain car rental.

No issues with the car or with drop off. For pick up, the instructions should be updated to note that the number needs to be called to book yourself in the shuttle service as there were a few others who did not call the number.

Pickup was very easy - staff were warm and helpful. The car was as described - clean and mechanically great. They were quick to respond to any queries during the booking. Drop off was also super easy.

The pick-up process at Darwin Airport is not clear from the beginning. There is no kiosk inside; the customer must call the office.
