FESTIVAL GUIDE

The following are key guidelines that you should follow. Ticket buyers are deemed to have read and agreed to all of the contents of this guide.

About Ticketing

• This event is open to ticketed audience members only and is first come, first served.
• This is a 19+ event (born in 2004 or before) and requires age verification prior to ticket purchase; you must show a valid ID upon entering the venue.
• Tickets may sell out early, and depending on availability, there may be no on-site sales.
• You can purchase up to 6 tickets per person (1 account).
• Your ticket is fully digital and includes a QR code which will be issued to the ticket holder's Klook accounts.
• Admission wristbands can only be obtained by presenting the digital ticket issued to the ticket holder's Klook account, no screenshots or copies are allowed.
• Capturing and duplicating the QR code issued when purchasing tickets is prohibited. The organizers and ticketing agencies are not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized duplication of tickets, so please be careful.
• Please be sure to download the Klook App in advance for smooth entry.
• All tickets include VAT and royalties.
• To facilitate booking, we only accept card payments for this event (no direct deposit).
• 90% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 8 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds.
• Exchanging or changing your ticket type is not possible after ticket reservation, so please review your selection carefully when making your purchase.
• The transfer, gift, resale, or alteration of tickets and admission bands is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught trading or selling tickets illegally may be subject to ejection and civil and criminal sanctions for both the seller and buyer.
• The organizers and ticket sellers are not responsible for any problems caused by transactions between third parties, so please purchase safely through the officially designated ticket sellers.

Admissions

• You can collect your admission band at the venue after verifying your QR code and ID. Only those wearing an admission band will be allowed to enter the venue.
• There is an age verification process at the time of band exchange, so please be sure to bring ID for both you and your guests on the day of the event; please note that you will not be admitted without ID. This event admits guests born in 2004 or earlier.
• Identification required:
• Domestic - National ID card, driver's license, passport, or national ID card application confirmation
• Foreign - Passport, alien registration card, or ID card issued by your home country
• If you are unable to provide proof of age at the door, you will not be admitted, and tickets will not be refunded.
• Damaged or lost admission bands will not be reissued or admitted.
• To prevent illegal transactions, you will not be allowed to re-enter once you have exited.
• Hours and locations of on-site ticket booths will be announced at a later date on our official website and social media.

Event Details

• Behavior that causes discomfort or disrupts the viewing experience for other audience members may result in warnings and sanctions from moderators or removal from the event.
• Please be careful with your valuables.
• The organizers, venue, and artists are not responsible for any accidents, thefts, or incidents caused by negligence inside or outside the venue.
• The festival is an outdoor event, so please bring your own sunglasses, hats, rain gear, etc. depending on the weather.
• Smoking is only permitted in specially prepared smoking areas.
• Payments inside the venue can be made with debit or credit card only.
• Cash and rechargeable payment methods are not accepted.
• If you have a medical emergency while attending a show, please notify the nearest security member or staff.
• Elderly people, pregnant women, and people who are physically or mentally weak should refrain from purchasing tickets. If you wish to purchase tickets, please consult with your physician and contact the organizers in advance to share any relevant information before attending the event.
• The organizers are not responsible for any illnesses or injuries that may occur during the event for which prior notification has not been received.
• To ensure a safe event, dangerous items such as lasers, fireworks, and explosives such as bottles, cans, and knives are prohibited.

About Security Checks

• Before entering, attendees may be subject to a thorough security screening, including passing through checkpoints, being asked to empty their pockets and bags, and being subjected to item and body searches.
• The organizers reserve the right to prohibit or expel anyone from entering.

Parking Information

• Parking lots are expected to fill up, so we recommend using public transportation (Dae Park Station on Line 4).
• For parking, please use the Seoul National University Park parking lot in front of Grand Park Station.
