- If the road between the snow walls is closed due to inclement weather, the operator will make every effort to take you to an alternate spot, such as the Zao Cheese Factory. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases
- Please understand that the tour location may vary based on the blooming status of the cherry blossoms
- Please wear a mask throughout the tour to avoid the spread of infectious diseases and ensure the safety of all participants
- To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, please wear a mask and refrain from eating, drinking, or talking in a loud voice in the vehicle

- Please note that you must wear seat belts while on the tour bus
- Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle
- While the vehicle is moving, please remain seated and do not stand or walk
- The operator will dispose of any things left in the vehicle
