可惜我的预订在最后一分钟被修改到了另一个地方。新餐厅(还在设置中),很棒的人。只是因为没有经验提供课程,而且不一定准备提供英语课。如果课程计划向参与者提供了一小部分经验,例如我们学到的食谱卡,甚至是停机坪,那么课程计划就会得到改善。我走开了,只有一个示范,快速尝试制作我自己的披萨,以及我在相机上的东西。当然没关系,但它需要更多的课程,而不是像我们当天打扰厨师。毕竟我们为随机的出租车服务付了很多钱,解释当地厨师的演示。
Alas my booking was modified last minute to a different location. New restaurant (still being set up), nice people. Only it just came across as inexperienced in offering a class, and not necessarily ready to offer an English class. Course program would be improved if they offered participants a small token of the experience like a recipe card of what we learnt, and even an apron. I walked away with only having a demonstration, quick try of making my own pizza, and what I have on camera. Sure was okay but it needed to be more class like and not like we were interrupting a chef from prep for the day. After all we were paying a lot for a random taxi service interpreting a presentation by local chef.

Class started on time and we were given instruction on how to make the pizza dough. However there was no demo, just showing the finished dough. When putting the toppings, we were asked to do it one by one as the oven can only handle 1-2 pizzas at a time.
