• Make a refundable deposit of USD125 to be paid directly to the operator at the Ho Chi Minh office (HCMC) or Hanoi office

Drop Off at Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi Office

• You will receive your full refund when you drop off the device at the HCMC or Hanoi office as long as everything is in order

Courier 1 Way:

Drop Off (the courier will drop off the WiFi device to you)

• Make a refundable deposit of USD125 to be paid directly to the person delivering your device
• You will receive your full refund when you drop off the device at the HCMC or Hanoi office as long as everything is in order

Pick Up (the courier will pick up the WiFi device from you)

• Make a refundable deposit of USD125 to be paid directly to the operator when you pick up your device from the HCMC or Hanoi office
• You will receive your full refund when the delivery person picks up the device from you as long as everything is in order

Courier 2 Ways:

• Make a refundable deposit of USD125 to be paid directly to the person who delivered your device
• You will be refunded the full deposit when the delivery person picks up the device from you as long as everything is in order
