- Kindly expect an email from the operator on the driver's details including name, photo, contact number, and the vehicle type once you've made your booking
- Please indicate the time and complete address of your preferred pick up, the drop off location, and the number of oversized luggage in the spaces provided upon check out
- The driver will be happy to assist you during the sightseeing activity. However, do keep in mind that the driver is obliged to drop you off at the designated stops and will not serve as the tour guide for the day
