  • Please present your order confirmation number on the voucher to the agent (email or printout) to confirm your pickup and receive your device

还车/取车信息

  • Return the device to one of the pick-up/drop-off points within opening hours, latest one day after your rental period is over
  • If for any reason you cannot return your device in time, or have any questions about the return process, please contact Skyroam Support

额外费用

  • WiFi设备遗失或损坏:USD100
  • Failure to return the device will incur an additional surcharge of 15% of the original booking price through Klook

退票政策

  • 如需更改或取消预订,请于所选活动日期至少24小时前通知并获得确认,否则将不获全额退款
