- The fare includes 1 standard size suitcase (maximum of 23kg) and 1 small carry on item (e.g. diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or purse) per passenger

- Please pay the oversized or extra Luggage fee directly to your driver

- As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in the unlikely event of delays along the pick up and drop off route
- Please fill out your flight (arrival/departure) and pick up or drop off (hotel name) information upon check out
- Klook and SuperShuttle are not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings
- In the event of flight delays or cancellation, you will still be able enjoy your airport to hotel transfer but please contact us in advance
- Note: For hotel pick-ups, please ring and confirm your booking details and pickup time on 0800 748885 at least 12 hours prior to pick-up
