Additional Information:

• This pass is available for non-Japanese passport holders only
• Children aged 0-5 are allowed to travel free of charge, as long as they will be accompanied by a paying adult. One paying parent/guardian can only take one child for free
• Use is limited to persons who made bookings, and cannot be transferred to other persons
• In cases of inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, full refunds will be issued even if the pass has already been redeemed. You may return the pass only during the 4-day validity period at the Heart Land Ferry Terminal. Contact the Klook customer hotline within 7 days of the initial pass pick up date for you to be issued a full refund
• If you wish to pick up the pass in advance prior to using the pass, please select the desired pick up date as the booking date

Ferry Terminals

• The ferry ticket guarantees a second-class cabin in the fleet going to Wakkanai, Rishiri, and Rebun islands. You can check the complete ferry schedule on the official website
• Seats are based on a first come, first served basis on the day of travel. Reservations for second-class cabins are not accepted
• If you wish to upgrade to a first-class cabin, you can contact the ferry terminal via the official website or call their customer service hotline through 0162 23 8010 (Japanese only) to place your reservation in advance

Route Buses

• You will receive two 1-day bus tickets upon redemption at the counter by showing your pass. You may use these to visit Rishiri and Rebun Islands
• Route buses are considered public transportation in Hokkaido. Reserved seats are not guaranteed but you may stand inside the vehicle if the seats are all taken
