Great and easy check in, helpful lady on front desk with recommendations in the vicinity of hotel. Only problem being room wifi was very poor, non existent. Could not complete my work and smart TV inoperable because of the WIFI. Room 15 if anyones planning on staying.

Tuyệt vời Loads of shops “right on the doorstep “. Very helpful an friendly staff. Great room with its own kettle, fridge and bathroom. Flat, easy place to get around, plus busses and trams just a few minutes walk away! Highly recommended! 😊

Nice little hotel. Easy to find and check in. Room was very clean with plenty of room. On challenge was cooling the room. With windows wide open to the street facing room is very noisy to the traffic and church bells. With windows closed the room was too warm.

Tốt A good option for short stay in Kassel, 2 nights. The pillows and matrasses need a little upgrade. If you are a buffet breakfast persin, this is NOT thenplace to stay. Breakfast is not served a few places and bakeries just across the street.

The hotel is very well located in downtown Kassel in a nice neighborhood with services around. The staff waited for us even though we arrived 5 minutes after 23:00 to check in but called before. The room was very clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom.

Check in was easy, The room was huge and even had an outside seating area, The bed was comfortable and the water was hot.. Everything worked well.

The location of hotel was good and the room was adequate but the price to value ratio was slightly disappointing.
