Our stay at Umiltà 36 was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail was truly world-class and made our visit to Rome even more memorable. A very special thank you to Lourdes and Katy, who provided absolutely unbelievable service and hospitality. They went above and beyond every single day, always greeting us with genuine smiles, remembering the little details, and making every meal feel like a special occasion. Their kindness and dedication are a true reflection of what luxury hospitality should be. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of authentic Italian flavor. Every meal exceeded our expectations and quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. Umiltà 36 perfectly combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service in an unbeatable location. It’s rare to find a hotel where every aspect of the experience is so thoughtfully executed. We will absolutely be returning on our next trip to Rome and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. The most amazing place to stay in Rome!

Perfect location

Tasteful, luxurious urban hotel. Many nice touches that together compose a high-end experience. Excellent breakfast spread with something for everyone. Genuinely warm staff eager to greet and assist. Nice room with powerful air conditioning, a must in the current heat wave. Very good twice daily housekeeping — clean, clean, clean. No complaints here, only compliments. Highly recommended.

The staff was expectional and very helpful. The hotel location was perfect for walking throught out Rome. Rooms where very clean. This hotel is a must stay in rome on your next trip.

What a wonderful stay! Hotel Umiltà 36 completely exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to walk everywhere, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing. What really made this hotel special was the people. The customer service was incredible from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and full of charm. We can't wait to come back.

Great stay and location

Beautiful room, perfectly located with short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Colosseum, Piazza Novona, and numerous great restaurants. We took a taxi to the Vatican, but walked back (so walking is very comfortable). Francesca at the front desk was amazingly helpful with us booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend.
