Tuyệt vời Although the property is generally adult only, there is one room available to book that permits children. Thankfully, we booked that one, as we were traveling with our three kids. After booking we saw that the hotel was adult only, and were worried about them not being able to accommodate. Once they opened the next morning, we connected with them on property and they were super accommodating, friendly, welcoming, and informative. We travel a lot, and in terms of comfort, ease, friendliness - Old Powder House Inn has to be in the top three. Great job, highly recommend, we'll be back and we'll recommend to our friends and family, as we come to St. Augustine frequently for work.
Pro tip: enjoy their breakfast, and walk three doors down to The Modern Rose for an escape and wonderful experience, too!

I took a day trip to St. Augustine with my partner and we stayed at this inn. It’s in the heart of the historic center of St. Augustine so we did not have to drive once since we got there. The room was very clean and well decorated. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were super kind as well. I would return to this inn should my travels lead to st. Augustine again.

We had the BEST time staying here! The property is absolutely adorable and full of history. Every room looked beautiful, but we chose to stay in “Splendid Time,” and it was perfect.
The location is amazing, and the hospitality truly couldn’t be beat. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast was to die for—so fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared!
We loved every minute of our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Difficult to describe how terrific is this place. From the entrance, to the main lobby. All the amenities. The staff. Bedroom and the breakfast. It’s a five stars. Amazing location. 5 minutes walking from all the main historic points. I would recommend this hotel for e everyone I know

This was the most charming b&b. The location was great! Walking distance to most popular places. Staff and breakfast were excellent! Old, charming, and beautifully decorated house. We loved our weekend stay!

I absolutely love the customer service. They really take pride in their beautiful house.
We were there this past week and everything was nice and clean. We were welcomed with a glass of vine to start our vacation. Breakfast was delicious! The property is very close to everything. Just park your car, and walk everywhere. We will definitely come back again!

非常喜欢这家B&B，也是第一次住这类型的酒店。地点一流非常便利在古城边大学边，有自己的停车场是非常加分项。早饭很精致，员工非常友好热情，很喜欢。
