I used to live in Florence and have stayed there dozens of nights over the 15 years since. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Firstly, the toilet seat was completely cracked through and not attached properly, so when it was sat on it literally pinched and cut your rear end. I have lodged a safety complaint for this. Secondly, there were only 2 total towels. Third, the refrigerator was filthy, had rust and mold both inside and out side of it! One of the days we stayed, was a World Cup game, and the TV, which was about the size of an iPad, had no channels. Literally none, we had to watch it on our telephones. Lastly, the bed was lopsided and uncomfortable. If I have to say something positive...I guess you can say the location wasnt too bad - if you know your way around Firenze, which I do... Don't stay here unless youre stuck for the night or a college kid on a budget

Arrived and had to call somebody to gain access to the property. Upon entering, it is very clear that they had an excellent photographer take the pictures as looked nothing like advertised. I’m 99% sure I booked an en suite room but was told on arrival that I had booked a room with a shared bathroom, okay, potentially my mistake. Upon checking said shared bathroom, safe to say the cleanliness standards were absolutely appalling. Firstly, when the tap is on in the sink, the plughole would fill up within seconds leading to a bowl full of water. The shower, just wow, never in my life have I seen anything like it. The screen was filthy and full of mould, inside the shower itself, the walls, shower pipe and shower head also both full of mould, just vile. The bedroom was clean upon first inspection then as the trip went on there was bugs present. I mentioned the cleanliness standards to the telephone number provided, I was asked to provide photos, which I did. I was then promised the bathroom would be sufficiently cleaned, safe to say, it wasn’t. The wifi didn’t work at all and when mentioned to the staff member via Whatsapp, there was no response. Location wise, the property is ideally placed, a 7 min walk from the train station and approximately 15min walk from the Dome but that doesn’t change the fact the place was an absolute dump. Avoid!

The room is pretty descent, clean but very small bathroom. Charlota was very helpful. This location is close the everything, metro, restaurants, and museums.

Overall ok, theres no reception or lobby or anything. We had to use WhatsApp to contact the owner(?) To let us into the apartment building. The bathroom was dirty, but they let us move to another room immediately. Doors work with a code rather than a key so they just texted us to move to a new room No room service, no fresh towels etc during our stay. We probably could have requested them. Ok location, tram T2 goes towards city center, about a 10 min walk.

It was walking distance from the train & major important sights. It had an elevator. No daily cleaning.

The room was advertised as a bed & breakfast, there was no breakfast offered. It was also advertised as a bathroom/bidet included IN the room. The bathroom was shared. There was no WiFi even when the weather was sunny and clear. A handful of mosquitos in the room too. I have about 8 bug bites from the five nights I stayed there.

Close to the train station and great comfortable bed.
