The hotel and rooms were excellent and very well maintained throughout. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful from the reception staff to the waiting staff in the restaurant and at the pool. Being able to utilise the shuttle bus was a real bonus too. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Carlos, the lifeguard, who truly went above and beyond. He took the time to look after every guest with genuine care and attention, making everyone feel welcome and ensuring they had everything they needed around the pool. His positive attitude, professionalism, and exceptional customer service really stood out and made a lasting impression. Overall, a great hotel with a wonderful team, and we would happily stay here again.

Our room was clean and organized by staff every day. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was excellent and on the property. The train station is a 15 minute walk if you don’t want to drive. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and away from more tourist areas.

Very nice location on the outskirts of Napoli, far from the loud and dirty city. Pool opening hours insufficient -09:30 -18:30. Very close to the sea, but there is a railway track between the hotel and the sea. Trains are very silent.
