Do not rely on this hotel’s airport shuttle. The hotel claims that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but we waited for more than an hour without seeing it once. Meanwhile, shuttles from other hotels passed by several times. This was by far the worst hotel transfer experience I have ever had, and I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.
When the shuttle finally appeared, it slowed down near us and then simply drove away without stopping. It returned about 40 minutes later, and the driver said that it had been full.
Standing outside late at night with a child and waiting approximately an hour and a half for the last shuttle is not customer service — it is completely unacceptable. It was also impossible to reach the hotel by phone at that time. I will never rely on this hotel or its shuttle again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
The rooms themselves are fine, and the hotel is quite large. However, there was no water in our room when we arrived, so we had to go back downstairs to ask for it. Fortunately, the staff at reception gave us some.
The man working at reception was very unfriendly and seemed visibly annoyed, as though we had done something wrong simply by checking in. The rest of the staff were generally friendly. Breakfast was average.
