The hotel has a self check in. Which is totally fine if you don’t have any problems or questions. We got into our room and one of the reading lamps on the headboard was pulled out of the wall and live exposed electrical wires were hanging out. I couldn’t find anyone on the property to tell, so I sent an email with the picture to an email address I found on the website. I got a reply the next morning thanking me for my email. In the meantime, I slept with exposed live wires about 3 inches from my head.
We didn’t book with breakfast included, but we went down in the morning to ask if we could buy a coffee and the person in the breakfast room said no. She said the coffee was “kaput”. That was the only person I saw working on the property for our stay.
The bedroom looked nice. The bathroom was very nice. There was no A/C and it was very hot. No fridge in the room, no coffee maker or kettle.
The sauna was nice as well.
But if you want coffee in the morning and a real live person to tell when the wiring is exposed, maybe pick another hotel…

The air conditioning was not allowed to be adjusted so it was not cool at all in the room. Cited some environmental reason. No onsite staff but the front desk had a phone that allowed someone remote to handle any challenges we had.

Rất tốt Very good stay over all the only thing which was disappointing. Is the website states that breakfast is included for all, when we arrive we found out that we had to pay an extra €25 per day

Clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really good restaurant. Would definitely stay again and heartily recommend.
