Tốt Located in a quiet area, fairly convenient to trains, markets and restaurants. Main complaint was that our room smelled funky especially the bathroom. Also, we were excited about a rooftop as an option to hang out and eat since our room was small with no table, but it had no view and poor seating, plus it's literally right next to a guest room window and we didn't want to be too loud.

I had a great stay here during my trip to Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed after long days exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, including about receiving packages before my arrival. The location was excellent, with convenience stores, restaurants, train stations, and plenty of shops within walking distance. Asakusa is a great area to stay if you want a quieter atmosphere while still having easy access to the rest of Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.

The comforters or blankets only 1.7 meters long which can not cover the whole body
Feet sticking out during night when sleeping
The tatami was totally ripped and stained
No coffee maker inside room
No washroom door that you can lock while inside shower although there is a shower door. But sink was out side. Combination shower and sink.
So can not use sink when people showering and people feel uncomfortable when taking shower because Only a piece curtain hanging acting like a washroom door
The deck was never clean and can not use the deck
He hammock was so old like century ago and no one dare touch it or try it.
Faded colour , dusty ……,,,,
Furniture are too old
Can not turn the TV at all

We had a great stay at Playsis Asakusa. It was a great base for all the places we wanted to go in the area. We had no problem finding a taxi to go longer distances. There is no reception area; you check in with a live staff member via a tablet at the entry way. They were very friendly. The room fit my husband and I and our two teenagers just fine. It was quiet during the night hours. The only complaints I would say are: the room felt slightly damp (but no big issue) and the pillows are not great.

We expected the room to be small. It was. That was ok. The problem was the property has not been updated for some time. The place to store clothes/belongings was too dirty to use. The location was good, but had we known that the room was going to be less than ideal
In cleanliness we would have definitely chosen to stay somewhere else.

Dưới mức trung bình Don’t go here. I can understand a small accommodation in the city of Tokyo , but the room I stayed in was very dirty/dusty and smelled terrible. The lobby also smells like garbage.
