The breakfast wasn't very good—the eggs were burnt. The hospitality was decent when I first checked in, but the service declined after that. I had to track down housekeeping just to have my trash removed. Additionally, several amenities were unavailable during my stay, and the photos online were misleading, making the experience disappointing overall.

Tuyệt vời Great location, very clean rooms and property. Staff was very helpful, they offer complimentary breakfast was good turkey sausages not so much but overall everything was fully stocked. No parking on property however lots of meter street parking.Would definitely stay again💕💕

Dưới mức trung bình I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The hotel as a whole was run-down, and the location is in a dodgy part of the downtown. There were a lot of homeless people around, and it felt unsafe. The hotel itself did not have much to offer beyond a very basic continental breakfast in the morning. The elevator was extremely slow and felt like it was going to get stuck. We traveled with a 17-month-old, and they did not have any pack-and-plays available for guests. When we got to our room and opened the door, there were 8 stairs leading up to the room. Yes, 8 stairs IN the room. Obviously this is a disaster waiting to happen for a toddler. The stopper in the tub was broken, so I had to plug the drain with a washcloth to bathe him. There were stains on the sheets and some of the towels. The real kicker was the dead cockroach I found in the stairs. We spent one night there barely sleeping and then checked out. For a similar price, we found a much better hotel in the historic district that was clean and safe.

Tốt I like the location to the Amtrak and the free breakfast. I also liked the security measures, like requiring a room card to enter the hotel after 9:00 pm. I didn't like the slow elevator, clogged sink and lack of body wash.
