Wow! This is a very unique place, prime location inside Old Town! The apartment is on top of Fig Split Restaurant and apartment staff was very helpful helped us with our luggages up the stairs. Staff provided clear instructions and responsive to messages and help if needed. We rented a room that can fit 4. The main room plus the 2 beds upstairs. The apartment is super clean and with modern amenities! both the room and the room upstairs has air conditioning and AC kept us cool during summer heat wave! If you want the experience of being right there inside Old Town then look no further. This is it! we came with no car but if you have a car, the staff can help arrange parking for you. The apartment has everything we needed and we love how clean it is. It is nice to stay right inside Old town so that when all the tourists are gone, you can come out and take photos and have the place for yourself. The Diocletian's Palace is a few steps away from the apartment! Highly recommend this place.

While the hotel was a bit hard to find and requires you carry your luggage up several flights of non-air conditioned stairs, the actual room was beautiful, modern, and definitely air conditioned. It’s in a very convenient location right in the middle of Diocletian’s Palace! Mijo met us at our door within two minutes of us calling him about our arrival and was very helpful. This place has lots of character.

The location was perfect as were the accusations. You could not ask for a more helpful, responsive staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

This Property is not a hotel. It is some renovated rooms at 3rd floor of an old castle with 60 plus of steps to get to the room and no elevator. It is ok for younger and healthy gusts but not suited for older folks and people with knee problem. Location is great but no Hotel amenities whatsoever.

Overall a good stay just walking up multiple flights of stairs was difficult as there’s no elevator. Breakfast was nothing special and needs more choice. Location was perfect ! Staff were all top notch ! I’d stay there again due to the staff and location.

This was a fantastic place to stay in the palace area of Split. Clean and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and extremely helpful staff. Miyo carried our heavy luggage up and down several flights of stairs, and made sure we had a place to store our luggage after checkout and before our ferry departed. My kids love sleeping up in the attic room and I appreciated having my own space. An overall excellent experience.

Amazing stay - perfect location, lovely room which was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed, two awesome gentleman helped us with our luggage, yes there are a few stairs but worth it.

Staff and location are great. Helpful and clean place. However, the interior stairs are very dangerous. My son fall down. We were unable to use the second floor of the unit at all.
