Staff was very attentive and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the place, but they did offer breakfast for 10 euros. The bathroom shower doors could use some renovating. Also, the path to get to the reception area, around the back of the restaurant, looks like an abandoned alley way. There was debris collected to the side of the building, it didn't give the building a good aspect. This is why I gave it a rating of 4 and not 5.
I do want to mention the terrific italian restaurant, Fatto. We went there for dinner and went back for lunch the next day. Everything we ate was delicious. There were four of us, we each ordered something different, and we taste tested everything. The pasta, the raviolis, the calzonne, the lasagne,the bread, the pizza, everything was delicious!!!!! Highly recommemd this restaurant.

The staff were amazing friendly & helpful. The location is good but the parking is herendous. Not just at the hotel but coverall, all over Sintra.

Tuyệt vời Walkable to Pena Palace, and Moorish Castle. Shopping and dining options very close. Great location.

Room was clean with a lovely view. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shops in the historic center. Arrival was confusing as you have to go up a ramp. The reception is in a building next door with a different hotel name, as is breakfast if you book breakfast with them. There was no signage directing guests to go to the next building. The area was very walkable safe and close to taxi, bus and uber pick up points.

Parking is extremely difficult. Be prepared to walk with your luggage. Room was clean and spacious but not so well maintained (leaking shower, few areas to put your stuff in the bathroom). Staff is very friendly

The room was nest and clean. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. Not fancy but meets are your needs in the center of Sintra.

Great location walking distance to restaurants shops Palace. We stayed on 1st floor level can hear walking and slamming luggage noises from next door and upstairs rooms. Large room with big windows, comfortable queen bed and one roll-away twin for 3 of us one pillow each only. Bathroom esp shower and shower door needs repair to avoid wet floor. Place is secured with bolt keys main entry and room. Breakfast is so-so watery orange juice not pure freshly squeezed, not premium brewed coffee served in kettle, limited fruits. Seating is one long breakfast table find your spot. The nice lady room cleaner looks tired needs another person to help. Also needs a cheerful accommodating front desk lady. However with all that said I still recommend Casa do Vinho if not too picky thus a 3.5 star.

Breakfast menu was food but I paid for breakfast when I checked in for the 2 of us for 2 days...when we arrived on the morning of Day #1, she said we didn't pay for breakfast :(
But said we could ahead & she would check with the reception desk. It worked out because we did pay but it was not a great way to start the morning
