I didn’t arrive until 8pm because of a Road Traffic accident and after picking up the key to my room I inquired about getting something to eat but kitchen was closed so I was left with no option but to go out to the local chip shop no ideal after 15hours working. The hotel is very tired looking and very 70’s the socket in my room was cracked not very safe when you need to charge your phones for the next day’s work

Handsome hotel in the center of the town. Courteous staff and a delicious breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Town centre location with parking, so very convenient. We only ate breakfast, which was excellent.

Nice old hotel which needs updating. The manager was invisible however the front of house staff member who appeared to work 24hrs per day was excellent and very helpful.

Sadly, this was obviously once a grand hotel but now appears shabby and uncared for. There were space heaters in our room, and duct tape on the towel warmer in the bathroom. The staff was friendly enough, but I doubt I would ever stay there again.

Older, dated hotel, but the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond for me and my family. We saw the same employees everyday and they were working hard to make our stay comfortable. Whether it was storing my ice packs for breastmilk storage in the freezer overnight, helping to arrange laundry services, or cooking our breakfast the staff here deserve a raise for sure.
