A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in between 19:00 and 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50. It is not possible to check in after 22:00. Air Conditioning: 1 EUR per hour of use.
