Favourite Small hotel in the city

The best hotel I’ve been to in Sydney. So conveniently located, facility is extremely clean, and amenities are so useful. Love the self check-in and check-out and the roof top bar!

Enjoyed my short, solo stay. I appreciate the design, the minimalistic but comfy approach; it meets the "affordable luxury" description. All the tech worked well once my room tablet had updated. Loved the gas fire and open doors to the terrace in the bar area, which was a great spot for a winter sunset drink and snack. Would have appreciated a soap dispenser next to the basin; i had to take my socks off to access shower pump! LNH's position terrific. I hope to visit again.

Lovely comfortable Hotel

The hotel is very falsely advertised. The room is very small to the point of being very cramped for even one person. For what you pay a night you could get a room twice as big. The listing advertised soundproofing but the soundproofing is nonexistent. You hear everything the people around you are doing even flushing the toilet. I was on a higher floor but the street noise was still pretty loud so I'm assuming it's even worse on a lower floor. I got the room for the "city view" but the only thing I can see is another building directly in front of me. I don't know how a hotel room be "cleaned" and end up dirtier than it started. The cleaning staff was careless with my things while cleaning and just knocked over my stuff. They ended up clogging my sink after the first time cleaning my room and didn't bother fixing it. They also tracked in some black gunk onto the floors that they just ignored and didn't clean for days. They ran out of the small towels you use to bathe with on my second day there. For three days, they had no wash cloths. They didn't give an explanation and told us to bathe with the bigger towels. Overall, you could get better and bigger for the same price or even less in Sydney. Low quality hotel and service for high quality price. Complete waste of money. I paid too much for the terrible experience. Don't recommend at all.

Enjoyed my stay so much! Perfect for solo travelers

Very modern hotel , a little bit hate to find the front door and reception, but once found all good, great location and all the mod cons and technology, would definitely recommend

Nice cozy stay. If you are the type of traveller to stay in your hotel room you might not like it as the rooms are quite small but if you like spending most of your days exploring its a perfect place to come back to after a day out. Even if you like to stay inside the hotel there's a very nice rooftop library to hangout with free tea and coffee. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is in a very convenient location right by Wynyard station and a short walk from lots of cafes, restaurants and the Sydney Opera House.
