For arrivals after 5pm the room keys will be left in a key safe at the main door and the hotel will provide the code via email before arrival. Guests have the possibility to request a daily cleaning for an additional fee. This accommodation is non-smoking. Any guest smoking within the building will be subject to a EUR 500 fine. Please note that Boardinghouse Rosenstraße does not offer a laundry service. However, there is a laundromat near the property.
